Hello! My name is Andy Khattar and I have been working in the construction industry for 10 years and have been operating my own construction company for 5. I grew up in Surrey and know the area like the back of my hand alongside the geographical area. Through the years I’ve built a vast network of connections and market understanding. Eventually, I realized that my experience would be a valuable skill set to aid home purchasers, investors, and sellers to make quality decisions. My goal is to help as many people as possible, since I've seen with my own eyes what happens when people make poor decisions, and cut corners. I feel it's my duty to use my knowledge to guide others the right way.
